2. Contact our operators; please have information ready regarding the cell type (and any associated safety risks) as well as the general experimental design (including details on staining and sorting strategy
3. Using the password provided by the operator after initial contact (see step 2), you can search our online sorting calendar for a suitable open time slot and then have the operator book it for you (via phone or email).
4. Our operators, Uwe Appelt and Markus Mroz, offer assistance and advice on experiment planning and panel design. This consultation is free of charge and can save a great deal of time, money, and effort!
5. Please also consult our protocols.
6. For first-time users: Please go to the registration page, download the registration form, and bring it with you to your test sort or actual sorting appointment.
7. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with your cells, collection vessels, and medium (and the completed registration form, if applicable).
8. If you publish data obtained from the sort, please do not forget to acknowledge the Core Unit (see also “User Guidelines”).
